Wednesday June 17th - (East Glacier MT) Glacier Area FireSafe Council, First FireSafe Council Meeting
Thursday June 18th - (Helena MT) Press Conference 10am at the Capitol Building with Farmers Insurance to kick of Wildfire Awareness Week
Tuesday June 23rd - (Missoula MT) Missoula FireSafe Council - Tour of Rattlesnake Wildland Urban Interface, 5:30pm meet at Rattlesnake Gardens.
Saturday June 27th - (Whitefish MT) Living with Wildfire Community Awareness Event - 9am-3pm at the O'Shaughnessy Center

Montana Wildfire Awareness Week |
Farmers Insurance in cooperation with FireSafe Montana has designated June 21st - 27th as Wildfire Awareness Week. We have scheduled a pressconference at the state capitol on June 18th at 10:00 AM to kick things off and to provide a venue to promote wildfire awareness as well as the public and private programs to mitgate fire losses. We are looking to provide the public with information on all aspects of wildfire awareness and how they might better prepare for the coming fire season.
